Thundra uses the following subprocessors to assist in the provision of the Products and the Service. Such subprocessors will be permitted to obtain Personal Information only to deliver the Products and the Service that Thundra has retained them to provide and they are prohibited from using Personal Information for any other purposes.
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Thundra who has or potentially will have access to or process Personal Information. Thundra undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process by which it evaluates the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of subprocessors that will or may have access to or process Personal Information. Thundra requires its subprocessors to satisfy equivalent obligations as those legally required from Thundra.

Thundra may remove or appoint suitable and reliable other subprocessors as follows:
The foregoing shall not prohibit Thundra from undertaking an emergency change in the list of subprocessors, where such sudden replacement is outside of Thundra’s reasonable control (such as if the subprocessor ceases to do business, abruptly discontinues services to Thundra, or breaches its contractual duties to Thundra). In such case, Thundra will notify you of the replacing subprocessor as soon as possible and the process to formally appoint such subprocessor defined above shall be triggered.
